All sessions will be held at Nugget Fields
What to bring:
The morning sessions wil focus on fitness so you will need to bring
running shoes and your stick.
The afternoon sessions will primarily focus on stick work and skill
drills so you will need a mouth guard, shin guards and either cleats or
turf shoes.
Please bring plenty of water to each session and sunscreen is also
recommended as there is little shade at the field.
In order to participate you must turn in a signed physical form (signed by physician) on the first day of tryouts. Forms can be picked up at the high school.
